XLCR rear set bracket I made to run the rear set on an ’82
XLCR sprocket cover modified for the large pass-through bolt (previous pedal location.) Will need to notch for the starter bolt as shown.
crankcase cover/sprocket cover mismatch is pretty gross.

1980 ironhead cam cover works.

I’d like to backdate this side as well…

picked up a nice primary cover to modify & use with the XLCR rearset (peg post hole is going away entirely)

the new couplers arrived; they’re beautiful, but the spline tolerances are too great (the factory sample is a slight press fit on the transfer case output – this is too loose):

additionally, the couplers seem to have a smaller ID than the sample (the original sample hasn’t been returned, but the other one I have access to has a larger OD) – I’m thinking about overall strength here…
