yup. i’m selling a house as well. (i said i had a lot of projects that died on the table, didn’t i?)
i have a soft spot for historic homes – and this one is in the Book, and the original structure is stout and solid (the additions are going the way of homes built in the 80s, and should be removed before they hurt someone)
i had the noblest of intentions, but the house i live in is also a centenarian and needs live-in care.
as to 207; apparently you are taxed even if you don’t use it/fix it, so
off it goes.
